1. If the express delivery is lost, I will send a new one according to the communication situation.

2. The goods are DIY handmade works. If there is a small amount of quality problems, we will negotiate to deal with after-sales problems (1). Repair goods 2. Re-issue new goods) to ensure that every customer is satisfied.

PS: The goods are all handicraft goods, hope you understand, individual goods will have a small amount of difference.

Express transportation and express transportation time:

1. I use China Post international express. I will update the tracking number on the website after I deliver the goods, and you can check the shipping status of the express.
 

2. Express transportation time:

   2.1 The express delivery to the United States and Canada can be delivered within 18-30 days after delivery.

   2.2 The express delivery to Europe can be delivered within 25-38 days after delivery.

   2.3 The express delivery to Asia (Southeast Asia) can be delivered within 15-25 days after delivery.

   2.4 For South America and other regions, it can be delivered by express within 35-48 days after I deliver the goods.
